The official briefing seminar on the Myanmar Companies Law (2017) was jointly organized by the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on 13th December 2017 at the Melia Hotel, Yangon.
The briefing seminar provided an overview of the new Myanmar Companies Law and implementation plans, including key reforms in the new law, the plans for the establishment of the new electronic registry and the timeline for implementation.
