The Myanmar Investment Law has been enacted by the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw with the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No 40 on the date of 18th October 2016 ( the 2nd Waning of Thadingyut, 1378 ME). Therefore, the Myanmar Investment Law was published in the newspapers and can also be downloaded at the following links of the website of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration with Myanmar and unofficial English translation.
