DISCUSSION WITH THE DELEGATION OF SUMITOMO CORPORATION AND KITAHAMA PARTNERS

The corporate governance regime in Myanmar and its relevant provisions under the Myanmar Companies Act and the upcoming Myanmar Companies Law (Draft) were discussed at the meeting between Daw Nilar Mu, a Director of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) and the delegation of Sumitomo Corporation and KITAHAMA PARTNERS at DICA office in Yangon on 11 May 2017.
