MEETING WITH US BANKS AND COMPANIES
A business delegation of US banks and companies representing insurance, Fin Tech and other financial services sectors met with Dr. Marlar Myo Nyunt, Director of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) on 25th July, 2017 at Chatrium Hotel in Yangon. The meeting was jointly organized by US embassy to Myanmar and AMCHAM Myanmar.
Officials from DICA, HE Mr. Scot Marciel, US Ambassador to Myanmar, Mr. Manoj Desai, Senior Commercial Officer, and officials from the US embassy attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the discussion focused on the new Myanmar Investment Law, Draft Myanmar Companies Law and business opportunities in Myanmar.
