The delegation led by  Mr. Heinrich Engelbert Morsbach , Managing Director of Myanmar Vineyard Estate Co., Ltd. paid a courtesy call on the Chairman for Myanmar Investment Commission and Union Minister for Ministry of Planning and Finance, H.E U Kyaw Win at the DICA office in Yangon in the afternoon on 23rd September, 2016.
