The Delegation led by Mr. Minoru NAGAI, Team Leader, JICA Survey Team met with Director General at the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) in Yangon in the afternoon of 4th October, 2016 and cordially discussed matters relating to the Special Economic Zone and Investment.
