GROUND FIELD INSPECTION TO MYANMAR S.M.C GARMENT CO.,LTD AND WORLD APPAREL MANUFACTURINGCO., LTD

A ground inspection team organized by Myanmar Investment Commission, comprised of officials from Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, Department of Industrial Supervision and Inspection, Department of Labor and the Department of Environmental Conservation made a field visit to Myanmar S.M.C Garment Co., Ltd of Hmawbi Township, Yangon Region and World Apparel Manufacturing Co., Ltd of Hmawbi Township, Yangon Region on 29th August 2017. The team discussed the companies’ quarterly reports, installation of machines, employment, capacity input, and the environmental management plan conducted by the companies. The team also discussed the responsibilities of the companies and the coordination of those with the respective departments.
