A participant of Myanmar Delegation, Dr. Htoo Min Thein, Director of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), departed from Yangon International Airport on 25th June 2018 to attend the seminar on Infrastructure Construction Investment and Financing under the Belt and Road Initiative that will be held on 26th June to 16th July 2018 in Beijing, China.
