PRESENTATION ON CORPORATE INSOLVENCY LAW

A presentation on insolvency fundamentals by a legal expert  from Asian Development Bank (ADB) was held on 30th March 2017 at the meeting room of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration(DICA). The meeting was attended by the Deputy Director General , U Thant Sin Lwin legal experts from ADB and officials from the DICA.
