JAPAN STUDY TOUR INCREASES INSOLVENCY KNOWLEDGE

The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) continues to support its staff in increasing their professional skills with two staff members currently on a study tour to Japan.

Daw Thida Aung, Deputy Director, Company Division (left in photo) and Daw Nwe Ni Win, Staff Officer, Policy and Legal Division, are studying the reform of insolvency laws in Tokyo, Japan  for two weeks, until 11 March, 2017.

The study tour is the second of its kind organised and funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Both DICA staff members also attended the JICA study tour that was held in June 2016.

Staff from the Supreme Court, Attorney General’s Office, the Parliament, Central Bank of Myanmar and Auditor General’s Office are also attending the JICA study tour.
