The Kayin State Investment Committee (KYNIC) meeting (3/2025)
The Kayin State Investment Committee (KYNIC) meeting (3/2025) was held on 30th May, 2025 at the Kayin State Government Office.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Kayin State Investment Committee and Chief Minister of Kayin State, U Saw Myint Oo, as well as the Kayin State Minister for Economic Affairs, U Saw Khin Maung Myint, along with seven committee members.
During the meeting, the committee reviewed and discussed a share transfer application submitted by Hpa An Traditional Lodge Ltd., a company that had previously received an official investment permit from the committee.
Then, the meeting involved a presentation to the Chairman regarding the investment landscape in Kayin State and the projected investment targets for the 2026–2027 fiscal year, during which guidance and strategic directions were provided.
