Nay Pyi Taw’s Knowledge sharing and investment networking Seminar was held
on 26th March
With the aims to promote investment in Naypyitaw so as to support the Nation’s economic development, held Nay Pyi Taw’s Knowledge sharing and investment networking Seminar at Zabuthiri Hall in Naypyitaw Council on 26th March 2026. At the occasion, the attendees were Naypyitaw Council Members, Directorate of Investment and Company Administration Director General, members of NCIC and officials from Regional Departments. Altogether 120 persons including Naypyitaw CCI, MSMEs were actively participated and discussed.
During the event, Nay Pyi Taw Council member Colonel Ye Moe delivered the opening remarks at the discussion.
Following that, Daw Phyo Pwint Han, Director of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration discussed the Myanmar Investment Law and investment opportunities in Nay Pyi Taw. U Win Oo, Director of the Department of Industrial Supervision and Inspection, explained the registration processes for private industrial enterprises and the status of investment-related coordination. Additionally, U Ko Ko Thet, Deputy Director of the Department of Small-Scale Industries, presented the department’s ongoing operations. It is reported that the attendees actively engaged in the discussions and raised inquiries regarding the information presented.
In addition, entrepreneurs from the industrial, agriculture, livestock and fisheries, hotel and tourism, housing, and electricity sectors actively participated in the Business Matching sessions according to their respective fields.
