The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) processes which are jointly conducted between Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) was handed over officially to the Project Appraisal and Progress Reporting Department (PAPRD) on 25th January, 2018.
