COMPETENCY MODEL WORKSHOP HELD
A workshop to implement competency model and performance assessment system of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) was conducted on 13th December 2017 at DICA head office. Ms. Paula Nicolas, Human Resource Manager of VDB Loi explained about the system in detail. The workshop was attended by officials led by U That Sin Lwin, Deputy Director General and representative personal from VDB loi.
