Collaboration with the DaNa Facility – Empowering Enterprise, the first Meeting for forming Inclusive Business / Impact Investing Steering Group was held at the head office of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration on 11th December 2018.
At the meeting, Mr. Peter Brimble, Senior Advisor, the DaNa Facility, U Aung Naing Oo, Director General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, Daw Aye Aye Win, Director General for Directorate of Industrial Supervision of Inspection, Ministry of Industry and U Htun Htun Naing, the Vice President of Myanmar Young Entrepreneurs Association gave opening remarks respectively.
And then U Aung Kyaw Phyo , Inclusive and responsible Business lead of the DaNa Facility made a presentation on “Result of the study on Inclusive Business in Myanmar: An Agenda to Catalyse Social Impact” and U Aung Thura, Vice President of Myanmar Young Entrepreneurs Association discussed on “The Strategic Framework for Inclusive Business and Impact Investing; Policy Recommendation” respectively.
The meeting was attended by 30 representatives including U Aung Naing Oo, Director General, delegates from respective departments and organizations, the DaNa Facility, Directors and respective staffs of the DICA.
