The First Negotiation Meeting on the Promotion and Protection of Investment Agreement between the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Republic of Singapore was inaugurated at the Myanmar Investment Commission Office, Yangon at 2:00 pm on 7th August, 2017. The Meeting will be convened for two days from 7th to 8th August, 2017. Myanmar and Singapore agreed to conclude the negotiations by the end of 2017.
The meeting was attended by 10 representatives from Myanmar and Singapore sides.
