On 26th September 2017, a team led by the Director of Investment Division-4, U Linn Htut , provided the information and discuss matters relating to the MIC application processes. Three private companies from power and other services sectors attended the weekly consultation meeting at DICA.
The new Myanmar Investment Law (MIL) was enacted on 18th October, 2016. In accordance with the MIL and Rules, an announcement has been made by Myanmar Investment Commission on the process for investors to prepare and submit investment proposals, starting from the first week of September, 2017.
