The MyCO registry will be accepting the following forms online from 1 February 2019:

• Form F-1 (Application to change private company limited by shares to public         company limited by shares)
• Form F-2 (Application to change public company limited by shares to a private      company limited by shares)
• Form F-7 (Notice of Gazette publication)
• Form G-5 (Financial statements of public company)
• Form G-6 (Auditor's report on resignation or replacement)
• Form G-7 (Prospectus by corporation incorporated outside the Union)
• Form J-4     (Declaration of solvency in support of voluntary winding up)
• Form AR    (Annual Return)
