၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာလ ၁၄ ရက်နေ့တွင် ရန်ကုန်မြို့ Novotel Yangon Max ဟိုတယ်၌ ASEAN Federation of Plastic Industries (AFPI) မှ ကြီးမှူးကျင်းပသည့် "2nd Council Meeting of the 17th Term ASEAN Federation of Plastic Industries (2016-2018) " အခမ်းအနားသို့ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဦးဆန်းမြင့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း နိုင်ငံခြားတိုက်ရိုက် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု အခွင့်အလမ်းများ ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
