BAGO REGION INVESTMENT COMMITTEE (BRIC) MEETING (2/2020) HOLDS

Bago Region Investment Committee (BRIC) convened its(2/2020) meeting at the Tawwin Hanthar meeting room of Bago Region Government Office 19-5-2020 morning, and it was attended by Chief Minister U Win Thein: Chairman of BRIC, members of the committee, special invitees from relevant departments and responsible persons from the concerned enterprises.

At the meeting, the committee made the constructive decisions upon three wholly foreign owned investments, one Myanmar citizen investment and one joint-venture foreign investment, submitted their endorsement applications to the committee and an issue submitted by enterprise that has already invested in Bago Region.

By granting the endorsements to aforementioned enterprises, the investment amount that accounts for US$ 12.318 million and MMK 3957 million will flow into the region ,and those enterprises are expected to create nearly 4500 job opportunities in East and West of Bago Region.
