2017 TRAINING COURSE ON INVESTMENT PROMOTION FOR MYANMAR

The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) continues to support its staff in increasing their professional skills with six staff members currently attending a training course in Haikou in the People’s Republic of China on investment promotion for Myanmar.

Daw Nwe Ni Oo, Director, Mandalay Branch Office and U Aung Nyi Win, Assistant Director, Shan State Branch Office, Daw Chumm Myae Soe, Staff Officer, Investment Monitoring Division, Daw Nan Khin Khin Htar, Staff Officer, Investment-2 Division, Daw Saw Yu Mon, Staff Officer, Planning and Statistics Division and Daw Khet Wai Thwe, Deputy Staff Officer, Investment -2 Division are studying the activities for investment promotion and the attraction of foreign investors in China. The training is organized and funded by the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) in China from 13  May to 1 June 2017.

The officers from Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Transport and Communication, Ministry of National Resources and Environmental Conservation, Ministry of Hotel and Tourism, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Electricity and Energy are also attending the investment promotion training.
