WORKSHOP ON INSOLVENCY LAW AND CORPORATION
A workshop on insolvency Law and Corporation was held, with the help of Japan International Cooperation Agency, at the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) on 17 May 2017.
The workshop was attended by DICA officials from relevant divisions and discussed the basic concepts of insolvency and coordination between the Companies Law and the Insolvency Law.
