Kayah State Investment and Economic Opportunities Seminar
The Kayah State Investment and Economic Opportunities Seminar was held at the State Hall in Loikaw, Kayah State, dated on 12th November 2025. At the seminar, the opening remarks were delivered by U Zaw Myo Tin, Chairman of the Kayah State Investment Committee and Chief Minister of the Kayah State Government.
Afterwards, U Saing Tin Aung Thein, Director of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), Kayah State Office, presented on the topic “Kayah State Investment and Economic Opportunities.”
Then, the officials from State-level departments, including the Department of Agriculture, the Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department, the Department of Industrial Supervision and Inspection, the Internal Revenue Department, the Kayah State Development Committee, and the Directorate of Hotels and Tourism, discussed the opportunities relevant to each sector. They also addressed the questions raised by the private sector stakeholders in line with their respective areas of responsibility.
