THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA RE-INSTATES GENERAL PREFERENTIAL TARIFF (GPT) AND LEAST DEVELOPED COUNTRY TARIFF (LDCT) TO MYANMAR
The Government of Canada has re-instated General Preferential Tariff (GPT) and Least Developed Country Tariff (LDCT) entitlement for Myanmar on March 13th, 2015. The re-instatement by Canada of GPT and LDCT will provide greater financial benefits to Myanmar business interested in exporting goods and products to Canada by offering duty-free access on the importation of most products.
