ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE INSOLVENCY LAW IN MYANMAR
The government of the Republic of Union of Myanmar announced that the Insolvency Law comes into force on 25th March, 2020.
The benefits of the Law is that the country’s commercial systems will be harmonized, the emergence of a process of poverty reduction in the country, Providing relief and recovery support to business, especially when microfinance and microfinance businesses in the country face financial hardship, protection the economy by sustaining employment and revitalizing the business.
