SEMINAR ON SUBSTANTIVE PROVISIONS IN MYANMAR’S BILATERAL INVESTMENT TREATIES

The internal seminar on Substantive Provisions in Myanmar’s Bilateral Investment Treaties was conducted at the Head Office of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) in Yangon on 18th December 2019. At the seminar U Min Zaw Oo, Deputy Director General for the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration delivered an opening remark. After that, Daw Phyo Sandi Lin, Staff Officer made the presentation on Substantive Provisions in Myanmar’s Bilateral Investment Treaties and the participants actively discussed on it. The seminar was attended by about 60 staffs from DICA.
