HOLDING THE LAUNCHING CEREMONY OF THE SURVEY REPORT 2017 ON COST OF DOING BUSINESS IN MYANMAR (19-1-2017)

Launching Ceremony of the Survey Report 2017 on the Cost of Doing Business in Myanmar was held at Grand Ball Room, Sedona Hotel in Yangon this Morning on 19th January 2017. U Than Aung Kyaw, Deputy Director General of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), officials from departments concerned, Diplomats, Chairman of UMFCCI and participants of its related associations, representatives from international organizations, foreign chambers in Myanmar, NGOs, foreign media and local media altogether about (150) attended.

At the Launching Ceremony, U Than Aung Kyaw, Deputy Director General of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) and Mr. Keiichiro Nakazawa, Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) delivered opening speeches. And also an introductory presentation and a methodology presentation were made by Mr. Toru Homma, JICA advisor in DICA and U Ye Nyunt from Myanmar Survey Research at the occasion respectively.

The Launching Ceremony successfully came to end at noon after the participants have actively discussed and made positive comments at the question and answer secession.
