From 1.8.2018 to 15.1.2020, 67,367 companies were registered on MyCO under Myanmar Companies Law 2017. 7,637 companies which have not submitted Annual Return (AR- Form) are suspended from MyCO in accordance with Myanmar Companies Law 2017. We advise all to check your company status immediately.
If a company fails to submit an Annual Return (AR- Form) within 6 months, it will be struck off as a registered company in according with article 430(f) of Myanmar Companies Law 2017.
