Directorate of Investment and Company Administration under the Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development opened its regional office in Dawei Township in Tanintharyi Region on 30th March 2016, aiming to provide and facilitate regional investment promotion activities and incorporation of company and its related business.
The opening ceremony was attended by Chief Minister of Tanintharyi Region U Myat Ko, Regional Ministers of Tanintharyi Region’s government, Director General of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration U Aung Naing Oo, Senior Officials, Regional Departmental heads, Central Executive Committee Members of RCCI and entrepreneurs.
Regional Minister for Planning and Economics U Thein Lwin and Director General of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) U Aung Naing Oo opened regional office’s signboard by cutting ribbon and Chief Minister of Tanintharyi Region U Myat Ko opened regional office’s signboard by pressing button.
After that, Opening Ceremony was held in Diamond Crown Hotel. Chief Minister of Tanintharyi Region U Myat Ko delivered the welcoming remarks.
Then, Director General of (DICA) U Aung Naing Oo explained about the investment promotion and promotion measures being undertaking by Myanmar Investment Commissions (MIC) and Chief Minister of Tanintharyi Region U Myat presented the company incorporation certificates to the Andaman Princess Company and Mr.Friday Company which are the first registration companies at Tanintharyi Regional Office.
