With the collaboration of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), a total of 14 Myanmar taskforce members from line ministries led by U Aung Naing Oo, Director General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration under the Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development and also the Secretary of Myanmar Investment Commission, visit a study tour to the Philippines for DICA-JICA Discussion Series on Infrastructure PPP framework in Myanmar on 1- 4 February 2016. The discussion series is originated from Foreign Direct Investment Promotion Plan (FDIPP), and Myanmar taskforce members visited and learned PPP best practices at the JICA Philippines Office and PPP Center in Manila, the Philippines on 1st February 2016.
