On the 2nd day (2-2-2016) of a study tour to the Philippines for DICA-JICA Discussion Series on Infrastructure PPP framework in Myanmar, a total of 14 Myanmar taskforce members from line ministries led by U Aung Naing Oo, Director General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration under the Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development and also the Secretary of Myanmar Investment Commission, visited and learned Asian Development Bank's practices and support to the Philippines PPP program at ADB office, and PPP service activities at the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and at the Department of Finance in Manila, the Philippines.
