As the final day (3-2-2016) of a study tour to the Philippines for DICA-JICA Discussion Series on Infrastructure PPP framework in Myanmar, a total of 14 Myanmar taskforce members from line ministries led by U Aung Naing Oo, Director General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration under the Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development and also the Secretary of Myanmar Investment Commission, visited and learned PPP best practices and OSS services at Subic Free Port Zone and PPP experience of the implementation of Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway at SCTEX Toll Operation Center in Mabalacat city, the Philippines.
