The Yangon Region Investment Committee meeting 4/2024 was held on 24th April 2024 at Yangon Region Investment Committee in Yangon Office and attended by Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee U Soe Thein, Chief Minister for the Yangon Region Government and Members of the Yangon Region Investment Committee.
At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee had approved two wholly foreign owned Investment, a wholly Myanmar Citizen Owned investment and two joint venture businesses in Industrial Sector including Grinding, Refining and Packaging of Various Kinds of Beans, Sesame and Maze (100% Export), Manufacturing of Paper Bags on CMP Basis, Manufacturing of Garment on CMP Basis, Manufacturing of Wedding Dresses on CMP Basis.
Those investments are approved with the total capital amount of 4,000 MMK Million and USD 4.103 Million and 1,952 local job opportunities can be created.
Moreover, in this meeting, discussed about the general issues of the five companies.
