1. The Myanmar Companies Law 2017 applies equally to corporations regardless of the type of business or assets. According to Myanmar Companies Law, Section 5, the company has the full power and authority to operate any type of business in accordance with the country's existing laws. Subject to section 12 (b) of the company's shareholders, there is no provision to impose a set of business objectives in the constitution, except as it has been decided by the shareholders' voluntary structure.
2. It is hereby announced that the two-digit level industries based on the International Standard Industrial Classification (ISIC) of All Economic Activities are published as a reference only for the main business in the Annual Return (AR) that is to be filed by the company according to the section 97 of the Myanmar Companies Law (2017).
