The training on International Investment Agreements, jointly organized by the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) under the Ministry of Planning and Finance and GIZ, is being held at Sedona Hotel in Yangon from 31st October to 4th November 2016 for 5 days. It aims to improve the negotiation capacity of bilateral investment treatiesfor officials from the government line ministries. At the training, U Thant Sin Lwin, Deputy Director General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) delivered the opening remarks to the participants and the training is proceeded to the program. It is also attended by a total of 23 participants comprising of 20 government officials from the line ministries and 3 representatives from GIZ.
