နေပြည်တော်၊ Kempinski Hotel တွင် ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ် မေလ ၇ ရက်နေ့တွင် ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားလွှတ်တော်ချုပ်ရုံးနှင့် အာရှဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးဘဏ်(ADB) တို့မှ ကြီးမှူးကျင်းပသည့် Myanmar Insolvency Bill (First Draft) ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနှင့်ကုမ္ပဏီများ ညွှန်ကြားမှုဦးစီးဌာန ၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဦးအောင်နိုင်ဦး တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး Myanmar Insolvency Bill (First Draft) နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
